The Keys to Conflict Management session examines the process of dealing with conflict to establish effective leadership engagement. This session will address both best practices in conflict resolution and tips for navigating the stressful terrain of conflict management. At the end of the program, participants will be able to engage in conflict more effectively in their personal/professional lives and utilize conflict in their organizations to increase creative problem-solving.
