James Hamblin received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2002. He began working at Shippensburg University in the same year and is now a Professor of Mathematics there. He has been a member of the Shippensburg University LGBTQ+ Concerns Committee for several years. He provides representation and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other federal, state and local issues. Schaun defends employers against charges of discrimination before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, and in Federal and State courts. He also assists employers with Affirmative Action planning and defense as necessary. He also counsels and defends employers with respect to Immigration related employment issues. Before undertaking the practice of law, Schaun served in the Armed Forces. He is now a retired Major of U.S. Army Special Forces.
Dr. Dan Jensen is an independent consultant specializing in strategic planning, leadership, education, and training. He is currently involved in Department of Defense training and education programs with General Dynamics Information Technology; Strategic Learning Consultants, LLC; and INTECON, LLC. Dr. Jensen is also a member of the Corporate Faculty at Harrisburg University of Science & Technology where he designs and teaches leadership courses and conducts organizational development and leadership forums and workshops. Before embarking in a consulting career Dr. Jensen served for over 26 years as an Army officer ending his military career as an instructor in the Department of Command, Leadership and Management at the U.S. Army War College teaching Strategic Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and other military and leadership related courses.

His research and teaching interests focus on 1) various dimensions of conflict analysis, conflict resolution and peacemaking, and 2) the ethnography of religious experience, including folk religion, religion and conflict, and the intersection of religion with race, ethnicity, and gender. These interests play out in his courses on conflict and conflict resolution studies, religion and conflict, ethnography of Jewish experience, folk religious practices in the Middle East and North Africa, and immigration and religious diversity in the US.
